What We Do

The Charlie Cart Project equips the next generation with the knowledge and confidence to make healthy food choices through hands-on cooking. We partner with educators and community organizations to provide everything they need to get kids cooking.
The Charlie Cart Project Program

Our Program

We provide schools and community organizations with their own portable, compact mobile kitchen, along with all the tools, lessons, recipes and support needed to build a comprehensive food education program.
Our kitchen on wheels is fully stocked with top of the line equipment perfect for little hands. And it all stows away for easy storage and transport.
We provide a 54-lesson, standards-aligned curriculum that explores taste, exposes students to new foods, and builds skills and confidence.
Members of our network get access to a full suite of training support and monthly programming to help them make the most of their cart.
