The Charlie Cart Project and ckbk Team Up
National food education nonprofit, The Charlie Cart Project and ckbk, the recipe and cookbook subscription service, have teamed up to provide access to thousands of new recipes for members of the nationwide Charlie Cart educator network.
Through this partnership, Charlie Cart will offer year-long subscriptions to the ckbk app free of charge for 150 of their educators.
The Charlie Cart Project has an established educator network of more than 2000 members across 47 states who are championing hands-on food education in their communities, including providing regularly scheduled cooking lessons for kids and families. The Charlie Cart network has expressed the need and desire for expanded recipe content. This collaboration will help food educators discover new recipes to share with kids and families in classrooms, libraries, food banks, and beyond. Together, this partnership makes food education more delicious, inspiring, and accessible.
In addition, Charlie Cart will author quarterly articles for the ckbk platform, available to all ckbk subscribers and the general public. The articles will focus on exploring the recipes and cookbooks within the ckbk catalog that are simple, delicious, family-friendly, and inspiring for kids and caregivers alike.
